12 twice-monthly sessions + additional weekly and on-demand laser-focused sessions by request over 6 full calendar months including breaks for holidays)

ALSO Included: all assessments’ administration fees and professional debriefing fees with Erin or her colleagues (as specified in the proposal above) + virtual coaching during business hours, in-person (within 30 minutes driving distance of Philadelphia) coaching during business hours + on-demand shorter laser-focused phone calls (typically 15-20 minutes in length) + asynchronous coaching support via text/Whatsapp/email messaging during business hours + optional coaching session summary notes + additional templates and resource materials relevant to the focus of coaching.
