2025 Base Retainer Rate for Tier 1 Leader is USD $10,950.00

As a returning client, I am happy to offer you this 27% rate reduction.

Your retainer will be only USD $7,995.00

You have selected the two-payment option, for two payments of $3,997.50 each .

The first payment is due now, and the second payment will be automatically charged to 90 days later.

Included in your program:

The six-month program includes up to 18 anchor coaching sessions in the form of 3 (three) anchor coaching sessions throughout the months of the engagement. Each session is 45-60 minutes in length. An additional 45-60 minute weekly session and shorter 15-20 minute on-demand laser focused calls are also available by request, subject to our mutual scheduling availability.

Also Included:

All assessments’ administration fees and professional debriefing fees with Erin or her colleagues (as specified in the proposal) + asynchronous coaching support via text/Whatsapp/email messaging during business hours + optional coaching session summary notes + all materials, templates and resource materials relevant to the focus of coaching.

Option to later add on Resume and LinkedIn revision services with Cathy Alfandre, Master Resume Writer, later on for an additional fee of USD $1,500.00, or you are welcome to separately contract with Cathy on your own and negotiate your own fee.
