Preference for Option 1 (Six Months ~ July to December 2024):
6-Month Foundational Program + Optional Month-to-Month Extension
USD $8,055.00 Base Retainer + Option to extend after for $1,250/month
Both options kick-off with a 2-to-4 hour foundational session, twice-monthly 60-to-90-minute sessions throughout the months of the engagement, and an optional mid-way integration session (2-to-4 hours depending on what is needed at that time). Additional weekly sessions and on-demand laser-focused calls are also available by request, subject to our mutual scheduling availability.

Also Included: all assessments’ administration fees and professional debriefing fees with Erin or her colleagues (as specified in the proposal above) + virtual coaching during business hours, in-person coaching (within 30 minutes driving distance of NW Philadelphia) during business hours + on-demand shorter laser-focused phone calls (typically 15-20 minutes in length) + asynchronous coaching support via text/Whatsapp/email messaging during business hours + optional coaching session summary notes + all materials, templates and resource materials relevant to the focus of coaching.
