+ Option to extend for $1,250/month thereafter
This program kicks off with a 2-hour foundational session the first week on September 11 and a 1-hour session the second week on September 18, followed by twice-monthly 60-to-90-minute sessions throughout the months of the engagement. Additional weekly sessions and on-demand laser-focused calls are also available by request, subject to our mutual scheduling availability.
Also Included:
+ all assessments’ administration fees and professional debriefing fees with Erin
+ virtual coaching during business hours, in-person coaching (within 30 minutes driving distance of NW Philadelphia) during business hours
+ on-demand shorter laser-focused phone calls (typically 15-20 minutes in length)
+ asynchronous coaching support via text/Whatsapp/email messaging during business hours
+ optional coaching session summary notes
+ all books, materials, templates and resource materials relevant to the focus of coaching.
Not included: the 360-like survey, nor the CliftonStrengths assessments, nor the DiSC assessment. Those would be contracted and delivered separately outside the scope of this retainer.
