Self-Funded Executive Coaching Retainer (no 360): $8,955.00

Split into two payments:
50% $4,477.50 due now
Balance of $4,477.50 will be automatically charged 90 days after first payment

Includes:

• Coaching sessions an average of once every 2 weeks (with option to add additional sessions): live, synchronous 60 minute coaching sessions conducted by phone and/or video during regular business hours. Kick-off session will be in-person for 90 minutes, if schedules allow.
• Foundational Reflections, Motivated Skills assessment, Career Values assessment
• Life and career timeline to help you envision options
• Select templates and approaches for building your coaching practice, depending on what is needed and what you prefer (eg revenue-focused business building model)
• Summary of best practices, which you'll create to document your key insights, strategies, practices, and tools that support you in staying focused on your priorities, performing at your highest level, and honoring what is most important for you
• Optional within first 3 months: LifePrint with Erin's colleague

Also included:

• Option to continue coaching once monthly or twice monthly coaching support after the end of this retainer

Coaching will focus on:

• Discussion of assessment results, coaching fieldwork, and current opportunities and challenges to build greater self-awareness and effectiveness. The following coaching tools will be used: powerful questions, active listening, goal setting, accountability, somatic coaching activities, visualization, role playing important conversations, and more.
• Summary notes may be shared after each coaching session via email to capture your key take-aways and coaching field work (aka "next steps") so you can take immediate action on the outcomes from each coaching session. You are also strongly encouraged to take your own notes during coaching sessions and to document key insights during coaching fieldwork between sessions, using a dedicated notebook or journal.
• Additional weekly coaching sessions may be requested, as well as on-the-spot live support via shorter "laser-focused" coaching calls: for those moments when you need live coaching support that cannot wait until the next scheduled session, you may request a 10-20 minute phone or video call at any time during regular business hours.
• Asynchronous coaching support: in-between coaching sessions when you are experimenting with new behaviors or coaching techniques with your own clients and implementing new practices, questions may arise and you may also wish to share new insights and successes. You are encouraged to message me between coaching sessions so you do not have to wait until the next coaching session to receive support.
• Administration and interpretation/analysis of assessment results: included in your program are the administration fees and interpretation/analysis of assessment results for numerous different assessments that are integrated into coaching.

NOT included in retainer:
Qualitative 360 interviews and/or 360 written report

CUSTOM SCHEDULE FOR THIS RETAINER:
Six month coaching retainer is being "stretched" over 8+ months to account for Erin's schedule. Thank you for your flexibility!
Kick-off between June 15-30
Partner together in July; second half of August; second half of September, then regularly October onward until end of our customized partnership – likely end of January/early February 2024.
