Self-Funded Twice Monthly Coaching Retainer $495.00 per month (AUTOMATIC RECURRING)

Includes:

• Two hour-long coaching sessions to be conducted virtually each month
• Summary notes including key outcomes and coaching "fieldwork" to be sent within 48 hours of each coaching session
• Supporting resources such as links to articles, books, videos and more

NOT included in six-month retainer:

• Qualitative 360 interviews, online 360 survey, and/or 360 written report
• New assessments
• Retreat day
• Supplemental debriefs or reviews with additional members of Erin's team (eg debrief of a Leader Network Diagnostic or a LifePrint)

NOTE: If a 3rd coaching session is held within the same month (ie if there are three Wednesdays in one month), that extra session will be invoiced separately at a rate of $250/session and can be paid via Venmo to @ErinOwenPhiladelphia.

Coach commitment to client:

• 100% confidentiality. The contents of each coaching session are confidential between you and Erin, and only you have the right to share (or not share) anything you are learning or working on with Erin. Erin is professionally credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and follows professional coaching ethics, which requires 100% confidentiality for her clients.
• Full presence and support or money back guarantee. If for any reason Erin is not able to fulfill her commitment, she will offer additional coaching sessions or, if needed, a refund of any unused portion of the coaching retainer.
• Professional boundaries. If the focus of coaching, or the client need, moves beyond the professional training and capability of your coach, Erin will recommend you seek the support of another qualified professional (e.g. a licensed trauma therapist, a marriage counselor, or a grief counselor, etc).

Client Commitment to Coach:

• Full presence and honesty. To ensure the most beneficial return on your investment in yourself, you will be fully present without distraction during coaching sessions. Furthermore, you will notify the coach immediately if anything is interfering with your ability to participate fully in coaching.
• Honor the time commitment: If you need to reschedule, please provide 48 hours or more notice. All sessions must be used within 2 weeks of their original scheduled date or forfeited. For medical or family emergencies that may interfere with coaching sessions, if possible please text Erin at 215-771-8968.

NOTE: Client has the right to cancel the monthly recurring retainer at any time. If possible, please provide 30 days notice for cancellation. Thank you!
