The Executive Career ReinventionTM GROUP Program is specifically designed for you – an experienced executive who  is ready to explore what is next for you, expand your understanding of yourself and your capabilities and launch the reinvention of your career.

Erin Owen designed this program so you can explore what’s next in a safe, structured space, reduce the typical anxiety and worry that accompanies transitions, and accelerate the time it typically takes to secure a next role at the senior level.

There are a lot of benefits to this program, and by far the biggest outcome is realizing you have more options than you imagined to reinvent yourself in this next phase of your career – and doing so with the support of others in a similar situation.

We guide you from confusion and uncertainty about what’s next in your career to Clarity, Confidence, and a detailed Action Plan to find or create your next ideal role.

The size of each group cohort to limited to 8 mid- and senior-level leaders so that we can provide highly personalized attention through every step of the program.

You meet with your cohort via Zoom video at 7:30 pm Eastern time to accommodate the schedules of those currently working full-time and those already in transition.

The first 4 people to join the program in August will begin the foundational work and LifePrintTM assessment before the September 23 program overview call.

The Executive Career Reinvention program is anchored by a program overview call on Monday, September 23rd at 7:30 pm Eastern time and six group sessions on the following dates, all conveniently convened over Zoom video from the convenience of your home or office.

Cohort Reunion call – date TBD (usually 6-8 weeks after Progress call)

Not everyone who applies will be accepted. Why? We assess applicants to ensure the mix of industries, skillsets, and personalities in the cohort are well-suited to working together through the program and benefitting from the support participants organically provide to one another.

The program begins from the moment you are accepted with critical foundational work that includes a set of reflection questions that confirms your goals for the program, the key life and work experiences who have shaped who you are and what you want moving forward, and preparation for the truly unique (and for some, life-changing) LifePrintTM assessment.

After the official program overview call and all have completed the foundational work, we shift into the Explore phase – including the Motivated Skills and Career Values assessments.

During the Clarify phase, you expand your options and also analyze the strength and diversity of your network with the Leader Network Diagnostic.

Private one-on-one support is provided during the group program for the LifePrintTM assessment, the debrief of your Leader Network Diagnostic and two private coaching sessions with experienced executive coaches trained in the Executive Career Reinvention methodology.

Throughout the Clarify, Declare, and Present phases of the program you’ll be guided and supported to explore and then decide the most congruent option for your next stage.

You are supported by the Career Exploration Profile template and access to the Careermind platform to complete your action plan, which you will Present to your group in the second-to-last call. This plan communicates your declared path forward, and lays out the steps you will take to find or create your next role.

During the action planning stage of the Executive Career Reinvention program, you will initially be given access to the Careerminds platform. Careerminds offers its clients cutting-edge web-based access to career transition resources and boasts a 98% success rate for outplaced employees of its company clients in finding new jobs. We are thrilled to announce that we’ve entered a trial period of providing our Executive Career Reinvention clients access to the resources and tools previously only provided to outsourced employees of larger companies.

You will access the Careerminds platform to:

  • further your education using learning modules designed for adult learners
  • research job openings
  • utilize job match keyword function to ascertain alignment of targeted opportunities with your resume
  • activate the built-in option to make your platform profile visible to others for additional networking and be seen by platform recruiters (optional)
  • add resume and/or LinkedIn profile creation for an extra fee
