Real conversations with experienced coaches — because the answers you need aren't in a textbook.

More than a webinar.
A real conversation.
Each session of Pathways to Coaching features a candid one-on-one conversation between host Erin Owen and one experienced coach — someone who has actually built a practice and is willing to share the honest story of how they did it.
This series was designed specifically for newer coaches who are asking questions like: How do I find my first client? What does a sustainable practice actually look like? What do I wish someone had told me?
Every session includes time for you to ask your own questions — and one audience member gets to be coached live.

"This series is inspired by my desire to support new coaches in getting out in the world to coach and support others."
Erin resigned her corporate consulting job in the spring of 2004 to pursue coaching full-time. Over the years she has coached privately, in-house, and via sub-contract to leaders from nearly 30 nationalities across numerous industries and sectors.
The Pathways to Coaching program brings together the wisdom Erin has gathered over two decades — and the coaches she most admires — to help the next generation of coaches build practices they love.
