This series was designed specifically for newer coaches who are asking questions like: How do I find my first client? What does a sustainable practice actually look like? What do I wish someone had told me?

The Pathways to Coaching program brings together the wisdom Erin has gathered over two decades — and the coaches she most admires — to help the next generation of coaches build practices they love.

to know

Do I need to attend live?
Full series registrants receive recordings of any sessions they can't attend live. That said, attending live is where the magic happens — live attendees get to participate in Q&A, have a chance to be coached, and receive each session's exclusive bonus giveaway.
I joined late. Can I still register for the full series?
Yes. If sessions have already taken place, full series registrants will receive recordings of those past sessions so you can catch up on what you missed.
Who is this series designed for?
Coaches who are newer to the profession and actively working on starting or building a part-time or full-time coaching practice. You don't need to be newly certified — just hungry to learn from people who've built what you're building.
How does the live coaching demo work?
Each session, Erin invites one audience volunteer to be coached live by the guest coach for 10–15 minutes on a topic related to starting or growing their coaching practice. It's one of the most valuable parts of each session for everyone watching, too.
What platform are the sessions held on?
Sessions are held via Zoom. You'll receive a webinar link by email after registering. No special software is required beyond a free Zoom account.
What is the bonus giveaway?
Each guest coach offers something exclusively for live attendees — a template they use, a framework they've developed, a curated resource list, or something else of real value. The bonus varies by session and is shared during the live call.
