1. Six-Month Coaching Engagement:
Coach shall be available and provide the following services:
A. COACHING
Live video coaching via the Zoom video platform (or other video platform) or live phone coaching sessions for six months, for the time period October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. A preparatory period with the custom Foundational Reflections begins prior to the official start date of October 1, 2026, following receipt of Client's deposit and this signed agreement.
This engagement includes individual coaching sessions with Shelley, at a cadence of twice-monthly for the first three months, transitioning to once-monthly for the remainder of the term as Shelley's roadmap solidifies, for a total of approximately 9 individual sessions of up to 60 minutes each. The kick-off coaching session is up to 90 minutes.
In addition, this engagement includes monthly coaching sessions with Andrea, Shelley, and Coach together (the "Together" sessions), for a total of approximately 6 sessions of up to 75 minutes each, transitioning over time to a cadence mutually agreed upon by all three parties.
Occasionally, a longer or additional session may be requested by Coach or Client, subject to agreement.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to one time within the same 2-week period.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are counted.
All sessions must be used within the retainer term or will be forfeited.
Flex Clause: If either Coach or Client experience a major life event, such as an illness or family loss, both parties have the option to pause coaching for a mutually agreeable amount of time, then resume within no more than 365 days of commencing the coaching partnership to complete the remaining coaching sessions.
For the same time period, Coach will also provide:
Supplemental shorter, laser-focused coaching calls of 15-20 minutes, which may be requested by Client as needed and scheduled subject to Coach availability.
Asynchronous coaching via email and text message during regular business hours (8 am EDT to 5 pm EDT Monday through Friday).
B. SUPPORTING RESOURCES
Custom Foundational Reflections, provided upon receipt of Client's deposit, for self-paced reflection ahead of this engagement's official start.
Positive Intelligence (Mental Saboteurs) assessment and ongoing work.
Optional Networking Strategies assessment and/or Leader Network Diagnostic, if growing Toolbox's client base becomes part of the engagement's focus.
Reflection questions, templates, and resources as relevant to the focus of coaching.
A light peer-coaching structure for use between Andrea and Shelley, either as a standalone practice or as part of the "Together" sessions.
C. NO 360
This Agreement does not include an online 360 nor a qualitative 360.
D. Program Rate
The base rate of your custom retainer is $5,450.00 USD. You’ve already made the $750 USD non-refundable deposit, thus the balance is $4,700 USD. You have selected the payment option below (which reflects the $750.00 deposit already applied), which is for a one time payment of USD $3,882.50 due October 1, 2026.
