I specialize in coaching rising leaders navigating the complexities of change—particularly those moving from senior management into director, VP, and C-suite roles, as well as those experiencing deeper identity transformations that transcend traditional career frameworks.
Since 2004, I’ve worked with over a thousand clients from nearly 30 nationalities, leveraging my change management and organizational development background, knowledge in neuroscience, and inspiration from thousands-year-old wisdom and practices from Asia to the high Andes.

What makes my approach unique is the integration of worlds that don’t usually meet: I hold an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and bring 20+ years of executive coaching expertise, while also being trained in shamanic practices and initiated into the Andean Tradition’s mystical path. I’m certified to teach yin and vinyasa yoga, a Reiki Master, and have hundreds of hours applying practices from somatic coaching, presence-based coaching, Taoism, Balinese Hinduism, meditation and MBSR.

I serve as an Executive Coach via annually renewed contract with The Wharton Business School’s Executive and Full-time MBA programs. For nearly 20 years I’ve delivered Stew Friedman’s Total Leadership curriculum to leaders across sectors.
I also serve as the lead external consultant and leadership coach for the UC Women Lead and UC Rising Leader programs at the University of Cincinnati, and am a member of the adjunct faculty at the Community College of Philadelphia where I teach the professional coaching curriculum.
My organizational effectiveness consulting background from Hewitt Associates (now Aon) included leading cultural integration projects for Fortune 500 companies like Cadbury, GE, Verizon, and United Airlines.
Sacred Wisdom
After completing my BA in Chinese at Grinnell and graduate certificate in International Studies at the Hopkins-Nanjing Center, I lived and worked in China and traveled throughout Asia, immersing myself in ancient wisdom traditions.
This cross-cultural foundation evolved into deeper spiritual study, including shamanic training in the Andean tradition, Reiki mastery, yoga teacher certification, and extensive practice in somatic and embodied approaches to transformation.
I bring these practices into my work when they serve the client’s evolution—whether that’s using somatic visualization for executive presence, energy clearing for confidence building, or shamanic journeying for life purpose clarity.
