It’s time to build on what you created in 2016 and stretch for new goals in 2017! You will continue to remove internal obstacles and challenge yourself to grow in new ways! But, how exactly?

Begin with CLARITY

Then, tell others. Share your vision and your excitement for creating it. Tell them in person. Send them a message. Post it on social media. Make it visible on a public white board. Put it out there! You want it, don’t you? Energize your words by including the real “juice” and WHY behind what you want. Don’t be afraid to do this, because your passion is INFECTIOUS!

Lastly, be mindful of what you’re learning as you take each small step, have each conversation, follow each lead. Allow what you learn to inform your next steps. Use (4) as a starting point, or another approach that works best for you. WORKSHEET #4: REFLECT, GROW, PROGRESS. Based on what you’ve completed or tried (or not moved forward), have you learned in the past week that can inform your next steps? What do you want to remember?

Along the way, with each ideal contact or opportunity, with each new signed contract or revenue stream, with each success: REMEMBER TO CELEBRATE! Take a moment, no matter how brief, to say THANK YOU, THIS IS AWESOME as a direct message to the world that YES, THIS IS IT and you want more of it.
