This time of year I notice that my clients are BURSTING with energy. Some of them experience tremendous creative energy for new projects and business, some are BURSTING with anxiety and nervousness about their business.

Generally, though, there is a lot of volatile, dynamic energy moving up through the earth with all this new life busting through the soil and out of branches to reach the nourishment of the Spring sunshine and rain.

If you’re bursting with energy and you don’t know how to manage it, it can be overwhelming. And, it doesn’t matter whether it’s showing itself to be new and fun ideas OR negative thoughts and feelings. It all needs an outlet!

Here are some simple ideas to channel your energy in a positive, productive way:

Get it Out!
Don’t keep those ideas inside, or you might burst open! Instead…

• Tell somebody your ideas or what you’re feeling
• Write about it in a notebook or journal
• Engage in some vigorous physical exercise for release

Make it Real!
If you want to take a realization or new idea and bring it into the world, write down all your ideas for how to make it happen. Here are two ideas for structured group programs that can help you do just that:
